Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ItsPhantomCards website, store, customer account, bulk-card submission program, and related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site.
Store and account use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, submitting cards, or requesting a payout. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it. Shopping does not require an account, but an authenticated customer account is required to submit bulk cards, view submission history, or request a cash payout.
Products, pricing, and orders
Product availability, card condition, images, prices, and descriptions may be updated without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order when inventory, pricing, fraud, or fulfillment issues occur. Trading-card market values can change and no future value or grading result is guaranteed.
Card condition and authenticity
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and authenticate products. Photos may be representative for products with multiple quantities unless the listing states that the exact item is pictured. Customers should review the listing before purchase and contact us promptly about a damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item.
Bulk-card submissions
Bulk submission rates displayed on the site are the current base rates and may be updated before a new submission is made. The estimate generated from a seller's form is not a final offer. Cards must be shipped only after approval. ItsPhantomCards may recount, recategorize, reject, or exclude cards that do not meet the stated categories, condition requirements, authenticity standards, or packing instructions. The final verified value is issued as Shopify store credit after the shipment is received and reviewed.
Store credit and PayPal cash-out
Store credit may be used on eligible purchases through the seller's customer account. A seller may instead request a PayPal cash-out. Submitting a cash-out request immediately reserves and removes the requested amount from the available credit balance to prevent duplicate use. Approved payouts are sent manually to the PayPal email supplied by the seller and may take 2–5 business days to process. If a request is rejected, the reserved credit is restored. Sellers are responsible for supplying accurate PayPal information.
Affiliate links and third-party services
Some links may be affiliate links, which means ItsPhantomCards may earn a commission at no additional cost to the customer. Third-party products, services, websites, payment providers, Discord, YouTube, and software are governed by their own terms and policies.
Prohibited use
You may not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malicious code, unauthorized access, or interference with the store or another user's account. We may suspend access or cancel a transaction when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or the platform.
Returns, privacy, and shipping
The Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any instructions displayed during checkout or the bulk-submission process are incorporated into these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the site. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
