Eligibility
Are all of the cards English?
ItsPhantomCards is currently accepting English-language Pokémon bulk only.
Condition
Is at least 95% Near Mint?
Bulk with bends, creases, water damage, heavy wear, or other LP-or-worse issues is not accepted.
Preparation
Have you removed basic Energy and code cards?
These cards are not currently included in the Pokémon bulk-buying program.
