Eligibility
Are all of the cards English?
ItsPhantomCards is currently accepting English-language Pokémon and Magic bulk.
Condition
Is at least 95% Near Mint?
Bulk with bends, creases, water damage, heavy wear, or other LP-or-worse issues is not accepted.
Preparation
Have you removed excluded cards?
For Pokémon submissions, remove code cards. Basic Energy and Magic bulk are accepted at their posted rates.
